LEAD Movement together with Havaianas and the City Government of Laoag is presenting the FIRST EVER SAND BOARDING COMPETITION IN THE PHILIPPINES. We’re inviting all board riders, extreme sports enthusiasts, the fashionable, and the care free. Practically everybody and anybody who wants to experience sand boarding, free rides for kids!

I don’t even remember exactly what store I got these glasses from, but I bought them from one of the stores at Ronac’s 2nd floor. All I remember is the SA was a cutie who looked a little like a much cuter version of Loonie from FlipTop, if that makes any sense. Hahaha… I’m weird like that.

Visionaire Team

You guys might remember my post See Ya When I See Ya, where I casually summarized a fun, spontaneous day with one of my favorite girls, and undeniably my one and only partner in crime, Ivon. Before starting our jobs, we had a month of nothing to do. A month of 10 pm calls, drunken plots, and 4 pm drives over the Laoag City bridge. I can’t tell you people enough of how proud I am of this girl, so her leaving for Manila was quite bitter-sweet. We spent her last day in Ilocos together and did everything she’s always wanted to do… First on the agenda was matching ear piercings (this was the only plan that pushed through that was a part of our “itinerary”). After me getting multiple piercings and ear plugs and Ivon getting a tattoo…we are still such SISSIES scared of the little piercing gun.

Our plans were as spontaneous as our craving for food. First was a craving for Scramble. We drove around Laoag looking for this sweet ice cold snow cone type of street food but it’s as if there was a Scramble Vendor Convention somewhere that day. Driving around aimlessly, we ended up in Vintar. Next we craved for Ice Candy, forcing me to drive from house to house asking if they knew anyone who was selling those delicious frozen treats.

I don’t remember the last time I’ve been to the Vintar Dam. We didn’t even have any clue how we could get my truck to the top of the waterdam. It was extremely windy at the top of that hill. Of course, we know a great opportunity to do a photo shoot when we see one

I wish we knew what that day had in store for us… Just imagine if we went prepared and brought more outfits!!

We ended the night drinking McFloats, eating fries and apple pies at our spot. Someone enjoyed a sweet date that night and it ain’t me :p

Because my boyfriend is a huge beer and wine fan, I took him to the new mini mini mini mini Distillery in Ilocos ^_^ Tio Padre has all these delicious imported beer and a wide variety of hard drinks. I’m not at all a beer drinker and unlike Alvin, I don’t know anything about good beers. The first beer we tried was Gordon Biersch’s Hefeweizen wheat beer.  It changed my stance on beers! We just might have found our new dating spot… I promise to bring my actual camera next time

So today I got my ear pierced for no reason, Vintar was very random, had an awesome impromptu shoot, stuffed our tummies, drove around Laoag in my trusty, rusty 02, diagnosed my adhd (haha!), made up a 5-8 minute dialogue for a random couple only to realize how loud I was when they looked at me and walked away (I got carried away!), watched 2 love birds get it on-wholesome style. The only thing missing was getting matching tattoos. missing you already Ivon Claire Domingo :( Today was epic. Cheers to our spontaneity, our individual hotness, our epic hotness put together, the frigidness, the conniving and the kilig. See you when I see you ♥

There is no one else I can work with so effortlessly even behind the scenes than my all time favorite partner in crime. I am seriously one of her biggest fans, I always talk about and promote her work every chance I get. She knows exactly how to make her subjects beautiful. She knows just the right moments to capture, I usually don’t even have to do much. With make-up or without, impromptu or not, rest assured the photos will turn out equally amazing.
