These lace shorts are so easy to dress up and down. For a day at the office I paired it with a white button down shirt and studded flat brogues. I also used my neon snakeskin clutch bag for extra texture and color. Can’t wait to pair these shorts with heels!!

My nails are disgusting I know!!! LOL

This is what I wore for my lunch date with D before a project meeting. The weather in Ilocos is so bipolar right now, one day it feels like summer in November and then it’s as windy and chilly as if you’re in Baguio the next.

I had to style myself and modeled for my friend Ivon Domingo. This is what we do when we have too much time in our hands.

We were supposed to have our shoot somewhere else but I didn’t think I could work well with the nosy bystanders. Good thing my uncle had this huge construction site which worked even better for the concept. Our friend Ronan Domingo, also a photographer tagged along, as well as James, Vince and Raymart. They seriously made the shoot extra fun!! Ronan also took photos and I will also upload them as soon as he finishes editing =)

This is the second of three sets. I brought with me so much accessories but I didn’t even get to use them nor even remembered them. We were running all over the place trying to catch as much sun light as we could since it was almost sun set. The runny make-up wasn’t intentional but in the end I think it worked so well with what we were trying to pull off.

This is my friend Danda. We used to be friends in grade school, then I somewhat bullied her through the first half of high school (I won’t blame her if she still holds grudges), then we ended up being better friends in college =) She’s “laki sa lola”. Her favorite bag is an all black Le Pliage Longhamp with her hand sanitizer hanging by the handle (in a color that matches her bag of course). She hates vegetables. She ALWAYS drives with her seat belt, take note that in the picture she’s making fun of herself. She will only buy a black BlackBerry. She’s a Harry Potter fanatic. When she splurges on shoes, she likes black and nude pumps or cute ballet flats only. D also has a little bit of an obsessive compulsive disorder. She likes her finger nail colors to ALWAYS match her toe nails. She also takes off her nail polish as soon as she gets them chipped. She doesn’t let people borrow her books unless she’s suuuure that they will not make creases or flip it all the way. She will never stay up late for anything. My point is, she is the Blair to my Serena (Blair is my favorite character in the TV show tho). We cannot be any more different from each other and we love it.

I look like modern day Pebbles with feathers, bones and leopard print! It took me a looong while to decide on which OS-accessory to buy first but the scapula necklace prevailed. I was so excited when I got it in the mail today! Pictures don’t do this necklace justice. You have to really see it in person to actually appreciate how delicate it looks and how the hand crafting is just unbelievable! My friend Paul Jatayna one of the brains of the OS trio made it extra special for me with an adjustable chain. I am INLOVE!

Oh and don’t forget to check out Maris‘ new line of feathered earrings! This one with turqouise and pink feathers is my new favorite!

Kc of LoQal interviewed me for an article last year and she asked what makes me different from all of the other bloggers in the internet. I’m different because I’m a normal girl. I’m not the daughter of someone big, I’m not filthy rich, I’m not a socialite, I don’t work in fashion and I don’t have connections. Half of what I own is from the ukay ukay, and my designer things are merely hand me downs or borrowed from my mom’s closet. I can’t just buy stuff whenever I can, I actually have to work for it. I’m the relatable blogger next door =)
