I went crazy with prints today! If only I had a crazy blazer to go with my outfit. Scored these pants for P130.00 (about 3 dollars) at a thrift store. Oh how I love the ukay-ukay!!!

Arm party!! I got this hardware friendship “Farrel” bracelet from Gold Dot, they’re pretty heavy but totally worth it. My pyramid wrap around cuff is from Shop Red Dot, better get one now if you like it because I heard stocks are running low :) Plus check out this aztec bangle while you’re at it! White is already sold out but they still have it in red and black :)

Rainy days mean more chances for layering!

I found this old top thingy I got from Red Dot years ago. I thought of turning it into some sort of parka thing for rainy days. Haha. Sorry it sounds so dumb but I’m really just not sure what to call it. LOL. It’s made up of the same fabric they use for parkas but without the padding and the weight.

I always try to pick few photos for my blog posts because I don’t want to take up so much of your net bandwith (?) or whatever you call it. I have to warn you, this post is gonna slow down your internet…

This was my outfit for Jao and China Miguel’s wedding. My mom thought the scapula necklace was a little off for a very formal event because I wear it everyday but c’mon! Tell me my necklace doesn’t complete my outfit??

I stole this bag from my mom’s closet. She’s prolly gonna freak when she sees this blog post. Don’t worry mom I’m returning it in one piece.

You guys might remember my post See Ya When I See Ya, where I casually summarized a fun, spontaneous day with one of my favorite girls, and undeniably my one and only partner in crime, Ivon. Before starting our jobs, we had a month of nothing to do. A month of 10 pm calls, drunken plots, and 4 pm drives over the Laoag City bridge. I can’t tell you people enough of how proud I am of this girl, so her leaving for Manila was quite bitter-sweet. We spent her last day in Ilocos together and did everything she’s always wanted to do… First on the agenda was matching ear piercings (this was the only plan that pushed through that was a part of our “itinerary”). After me getting multiple piercings and ear plugs and Ivon getting a tattoo…we are still such SISSIES scared of the little piercing gun.

Our plans were as spontaneous as our craving for food. First was a craving for Scramble. We drove around Laoag looking for this sweet ice cold snow cone type of street food but it’s as if there was a Scramble Vendor Convention somewhere that day. Driving around aimlessly, we ended up in Vintar. Next we craved for Ice Candy, forcing me to drive from house to house asking if they knew anyone who was selling those delicious frozen treats.

I don’t remember the last time I’ve been to the Vintar Dam. We didn’t even have any clue how we could get my truck to the top of the waterdam. It was extremely windy at the top of that hill. Of course, we know a great opportunity to do a photo shoot when we see one ;)

I wish we knew what that day had in store for us… Just imagine if we went prepared and brought more outfits!!

We ended the night drinking McFloats, eating fries and apple pies at our spot. Someone enjoyed a sweet date that night and it ain’t me :p

This is my last entry for 2011. Thank you 2011 for the memories, the heartbreaks, the lessons and the oppurtunities. Another year is going to begin in a few hours, so to everyone, cheers to a new beginning.

Gold Dot has come to Ilocos!! Was so stoked when I found out that you can finally have a pair of statement footwear from the cutting edge local shoe line Gold Dot from Red Dot Laoag. For me Gold Dot’s shoes are very traditional in a sense, but played up and modernized to fit the basic wants and needs of a shoe addict who wants to have a pair of heels that are style wise, classic but are very bold and pushes limits.
